This course is aimed at deligates with some basic WordPress or Web Design experience looking to learn more about using WordPress.
Experience of using a self hosted wordpress website or successful completion of our Level 1 course is an advantage.
Note Level 1 and Level 2 courses can be booked as a two day course.
The Course covers the following:
Upgrading your website with a professional theme.
Setting up your new theme and adding your own graphics or images to the design.
Adding a Search Engine Optimisation plug-in to your site and setting it up.
Adding a blog page and starting to blog on your website.
Adding and choosing widgets and plug-ins.
Adding your own branding to the wordpress log-in page and admin area.
How to Customise your site theme using CSS.
This is an overview and each section above is broken down into steps.
By the end of this course your wordpress website will be looking great and have much improved functionality.
COURSE COST £295 Per person (No VAT)
Courses usally start at 10.15 for coffee and comence at 10.30.
Ending around 5.15 – 5.30 with 45 minutes for lunch and two 15 minutes breaks during the day.
Coffee and tea are provided at breaks. Lunch can be provided at additional cost, the course is located centrally and within easy access of a choice of coffee shops and eateries.
Or we can conduct our training courses at your location by prior arrangement.
You will recieve a telephone call prior to the course to go through a few details before the day and confirm any additional requirements you may have.
You may bring your own laptop if you prefer or we can provide one for you.
