Included in the cost of the course is a Domain name (.COM or .CO.UK with a years registration) and a years web hosting for your new wordpress website. We also provide you with a free book about using WordPress to back up your training.
This course is aimed at beginners. Experience using a computer and the internet is required, but no prior knowledge of webdesign or WordPress is needed.
The Course covers the following
WordPress installation and initial set-up.
Selecting a theme.
Adding pages and content.
Uploading an image gallery.
Creating a navigation menu with dropdown menu option.
Adding a plug-in contact form.
By the end of this course you will have created your own website!
COURSE COST £295 Per person (No VAT) book Level 2 at the same time and receive a 10% dscount on both courses.
Courses usally start at 10.15 for coffee and comence at 10.30.
Ending around 5.15 – 5.30 with 45 minutes for lunch and two 15 minutes breaks during the day.
Coffee and tea are provided at breaks. Lunch can be provided at additional cost, the course is located centrally and within easy access of a choice of coffee shops and eateries.
You will recieve a telephone call prior to the course to register your Domain Name (Or set up your existing one) and confirm any additional requirements for the day.
You may bring your own laptop if you prefer or we can provide one for you.
